Windows XP Pro - EFS and "Documents and Settings" folder.
I need to encrypt the "Documents and Settings" folder but I receive "access denied" when it tries to encrypt the "Application DataMicrosoftCredentials" folder. Not even the administrator can encrypt this folder. Not much information on this from Microsoft or other web searches. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
