SHARED DIRECTORY ICON

Interesting question. I have a Win2K server and when a directory is shared, the icon changes to a different icon. If you unshare the directory, it changes back to the default. It always changes to the same icon after being shared. The icon is actually an MS Office icon.Any ideas???????
