Can't change the safeboot option
Computer always boot in safemode, tried to change the option to normal mode through msconfig, however, system restart within 1 second. It seems affected by virus, it give an alert "Can't find temp2.exe" & reboot the system. Further, the 'Folder options' under the 'Tools' menu is also missing.
