have a sbs2003. Remote web workplace works for a few days and then becomes unavailable. Everything else works fine. Help please

ISA server 2004 Montoring

Small business server with two nework interfaces, one of them connected to internet. Remote web workplace is enabled. The problem is that monitor logging doesn't display client user name or client host name for remote access users when they connected to their workstation at work via RWW.
