Outlook 2k3 + Messenger 7 = 100%CPU Time

This is not a common problem, but in a particular machine, I have Outlook 2003 plus Messenger 7.0, it occurs that Messenger is running fine, but when I open Outlook, in the process tab I see msnmsgr.exe is consuming 99% CPU time, thus freezing everything.Any ideas?
