Various windows and links opening minimized: Frustrated! I just installed Windows XP Pro upgrade. I have the IE Release Candidatelatestupdate. For some reason all of a sudden various links and shortcuts started opening minimized. I have changed most of the link/shortcut properties to open maximized.
