msinfo32 opens Help and Support Center: Everytime I try to run System Information either by the start menu or by typing MSINFO32 in the RUN dialog box, Windows Help and Support Center launches on my machine. Default Beep heard when shutting down...: When I shut my Windows XP Home (SP2) maching down, after the desktop has unloaded and it is on just the background image before you see "Saving Your Settings...", etc...I hear a "default beep".
