How to remove Password from Inspiron 2650

Hi, Someone brought Inspiron 2650 for service, its warranty has expired. It has a Bios password, can someone please help me how to remover the pass. Thankss!!!!!!Why was it brought in for a service?Do you advertise a password-cracking service?If not, ask the owner for the password.
