user has xp sp1 on local machine,, dloaded some antispyware and apparently whacked iexplorer.. all other internal network connections work.. have tried uninstalling the services/protocol and reinstalling/ repairing the network connection etc.. all works fine except for iexporer.. can't get it to ping past the internal ipaddress of the firewall...
