How do I get Volume Shadow Copy to work?
I'm running WinXP SP2 Home edition fully patched. I use DriveImage XML to back up my system, but it can neither lock my system nor back up using Volume Shadow Copy, even though both MS Software Shadow Copy Provider and Volume Shadow Copy are automatic and started in Services....
