Ad-Aware???

Have AOL and did have IE for a browser. Am getting an IE screen that pops up "http://www.specialgoods.info"...everything from casino gambling to credit cards...you name it.Switched to Mozilla..same thing. Habve ran HJT, virus/trojan scans,ad-aware...everything. Went into safe mode to do an ad-aware scan and guess what...this "browser" window pops up....
