Trouble getting XP Home to recognize IPOD Nano: My son wanted an Ipod Nano for Xmas. Knew several people with them and they have no problems. We got him one. Plugged it into the USB port and with in 10 seconds our computer locked up. Windows update give unrecord error: I have completed my monthly check to make sure that all our workstations have latest and greatest windows updates (even with automatic updates on, they do not always get everything). This last one, several machines got a critical update for Windows 2000 "rollup".
