Constant beep during boot
I have an HP Omnibook XE3 running Win98 and Phoenix BIOS. When booting from the battery, it beeps constantly without stop, pause, or change in tone. If I shut it off and restart, it boots just fine. If I boot from AC power, it boots just fine the 1st time....
